Bumper To Bumper Coverage
Full Coverage On Your Vehicle
Bumper to Bumper Coverage, sometimes known as “Platinum” Coverage, are usually exclusionary plans, which basically writes out under your coverage only the items that will not be covered. This plan covers most mechanical breakdowns on vehicles. It is geared towards new vehicles.
This plan in comparison to the Powertrain Plan, which only covers the major parts of your car, gives you comfort that if your window motor isn’t working, that will be fixed. If your power doors break down, that is covered underneath your plan. While many factory warranties run out after 36,000 miles on full coverage plans, this coverage gives you the opportunity to extend it out up to 100,000 miles.
Your choice of coverage comes down to dollars and sense! If money is not an option to you, then the plan may not be for you. However, if you are on a budget, a $500 repair bill for your radiator may put a cramp into your vacation plans. A Vehicle Service Contract helps you know up front what you are paying each month, even if your car breaks down.
